Is this rent-to-own?
No — and that's on purpose. Rent-to-own programs charge you a premium on the promise of ownership. This is a straight rental: a fair monthly rate, machines that work, and service included. The equipment stays ours to maintain, so keeping it running well is our problem, not yours.
How long is the rental term?
The initial term is six months. After that, your rental continues month to month — keep it as long as it's useful, or schedule a pickup when you're done.
How does payment work?
Payment is electronic — card or bank, set up once. Your first payment happens on install day, after the machines are in and running. Nothing is charged before that, and delivery and installation are free.
What happens if a machine breaks?
Tell us and we'll make it right. Service calls and repairs are included in your rate, and if a machine can't be fixed quickly, we replace it.
Do I need my own hookups?
You'll need standard washer and dryer hookups (water, drain, and power). Not sure what you have? Note it on your application and we'll help you figure it out.
