The name is the promise.
Rent it Easy started in Medford with a simple observation: a washer and dryer are close to essential, but owning them is expensive, annoying, and badly timed with the moments you actually need them — new place, new town, new chapter.
So we do one thing well. We buy quality machines, keep them in excellent shape, and rent them to our neighbors for a flat monthly rate with delivery, installation, and service built in.
What we're not
Not rent-to-own. On purpose.
Rent-to-own programs are built around a bet — that you'll pay a heavy premium over time for the promise of eventually owning an aging appliance. We think that deal is bad for the customer, so we don't offer it.
With us, the arrangement is clean: it's a rental. The machines stay ours, which means keeping them running is our incentive, not your risk. You get working machines and a predictable bill. That's the whole relationship.
